Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for Warehouse and all deliveries, customer requirements, facilitate smooth operational, maintaining high morale of delivery team. This include managing the vehicles fleet and ensure vehicles are functioned. Liaise with sub-contractor to resolve all delivery issues. You will be expected to identify and implement best-practices in all these areas.

Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in supply chain/logistics/distribution/logistics/ or handling traffic management

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:
  • Formal qualifications in mining/Geodetic/Geology Engineering.

  • Formal qualification in civil or geotechnical engineering.
  • 5-10 years experience in geotechnical engineering in mining industry.

4. MINE GEOLOGY SUPERINTENDENT (GEO0641).

Responsibilities:
The overall job purpose of this position is to assist the Tax Manager to:
  • Plan, develop and implement measures to ensure that the Company is tax efficient, minimizes tax risks, complies with all statutory tax obligations and promptly resolves of all tax issues.
  • Update and advise the Company of changes in tax law and to ensure that the Company's annual tax returns comply with tax legislation/rulings/guidelines.
  • Monitor the Company’s tax cash flow management to avoid any adverse tax exposure.
Reports to Tax Manager, the candidate is responsible to assist the Tax Manager to:

  • Aim for zero tax penalty, analyze and report fund movement.
  • Liase with DGT and/or custom official due to compliance of tax and/or custom obligations.
  • Ensure tax reporting to Paris Finance/Tax team is made on a timely basis and of good quality.
  • Liaise with various parties and external consultants (where applicable) to ensure a defensible transfer pricing policy for the Company, consistent with the commercial objectives of the Company.
  • Provide consultation, advice and guidance in the area of taxation to all expatriates to ensure proper disclosure of expatriates’ taxable income in annual return.
  • Advise the Company on any reorganization of business, corporate structure, tax structured financing/refinancing scheme.
  • Ensure internal controls in respective areas of responsibility are in place, operational and are fully complied with.
  • Managing safety function in the respective department by ensuring a safe working condition in the working location to support the company's policy to achieve target zero accident.
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Must possess at least Bachelor degree from recognized university majoring in Accounting/Finance/Tax/Fiscal.
  • Having minimum 2 years experience as tax consultant in tax consultant company or 4 years experience as tax supervisor in MNC.
  • Hold a Certified National Tax Consultant issued by IKPI (Brevet A & B) is preferred.

6. Mortage Sales Specialist (MSS)
untuk memperoleh nasabah KPR serta menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan developer dan broker.

7. Business Development Manager (BDM)
untuk melakukan koordinasi aktifitas penjualan yang mencakup akuisisi nasabah baru, membina hubungan dengan nasabah dan melakukan cross selling terhadap produk-produk Permatabank lainnya.

8. Branch Manager (BM)
untuk melakukan koordinasi aktifitas penjualan yang mencakup akuisisi nasabah baru, membina hubungan dengan nasabah dan melakukan cross selling terhadap produk-produk Permatabank serta melakukan koordinasi terhadap seluruh kegiatan operasional cabang sehingga operasional berjalan sesuai dengan system dan prosedur yang berlaku.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to Financial Controller, the candidate is responsible to :
  • Assist in ensuring all accounting operations are complied with the Company and Group policy.
  • Assist in managing the accounting staffs.
  • Ensure all manual journals are reviewed prior to enter to the GL.

Requirements:

  • Must be hands on in solving problem and avoid short cut and short-term solutions.
  • Must be strong in detail and number crunching.
  • Possess good knowledge of Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Tax.
  • Knowledge/experience with Accounting/Financial software (SAP, JDE, PICKS).
  • English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).

Role and Responsibility:
  • Responsible for availability gallery inventory stock, forecasting etc. This responsibility will report to Area Manager as operation head in area

  • Ensure all documentations (Registration Forms, copy of IC, Service request form and etc) are properly and systematically stored for easy retrieval in the event of the need to produce in court for recovery purposes.
  • Making sure Gallery collection, reconciliation and send to Finance is on time and accurate
  • Making sure Gallery is on time for opening & closing
Qualification:
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail/customer service center (preferably in telecommunication service)
  • Has people management and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication English & Bahasa (Dialect is additional)
