FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (LUBUK PAKAM, MEDAN)

Your main responsibilities & duties include :
  • Direct, coordinate, and monitor all accounting activities (i.e. petty cash, journal entries, etc), ensure all revenues and expenditures are appropriately recorded and posted along with appropriate supported transaction documents (i.e. receipts, etc), in a timely manner, in order to minimize errors and to support financial reporting activity.
  • Coordinate and monitor accounting closing activities, to ensure that the financial books are closed timely and correctly by reconciling and consolidating properly, so as to generate regular financial & accounting reports for management in compliance with the company’s policy and the accounting principles.
  • Analyze company’s monthly financial, accounting & tax reports
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management, headquarter and other relevant party timely and accurately.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.
  • Ensure the monthly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
The preferred candidate must has the following qualifications:
  • Male/ Female, 30 - 40 years old
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting from reputable university
  • At least 5 years hands-on experience in related field with the last 3 years in a management position
  • Good knowledge and skills in the use of accounting (book keeping) software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required
  • Strong background and knowledge in tax regulations
  • Good interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills
  • High level of accountability and responsibility, strong analytical & strategic thinking
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Lubuk Pakam, Medan

Compressor Operator

Key Accountabilities Area
  • Prepare and operate all equipments in the plant as per the designs to ensure integrity of compressor.
  • Prepare and perform plant reading and monitoring within 4 hours inspection and record the data to daily and 4 hours data reading including scope of BOP and Gas Turbine / Gas compressor packages to ensure integrity of compressor.
  • Prepare and perform parameter data record of Turbine Compressor such as: pressure, temperature, flow rate etc. as per 1 (one) hour to Gas Control Station in order to achieve desired operating result as requested.
  • Prepare Work Permit such as: Permit to Work (PTW), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), Isolation Certificate etc. and ensure the completeness of permits that filled by employees or vendors before activities in order to support safe, reliable and efficient transportation of gas.
  • Prepare and perform validation of Rectification Report within regular meeting to support Company’s business operational.
  • Conduct and perform a liaison with vendors and contractors with regards to compressor operations issues to support Company’s business operational.
  • Maintain and manage compressor tools and assets to ensure it does can be used wells to ensure Company’s operation.
Qualification:
  • Min. graduated from D-3 Engineering Discipline from reputable university with Cumulative GPA min 2.75
  • Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in Pipeline or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Like challenging environment and able to work in a team.
  • Willing to be stationed at TGI Operational Area across Sumatra.

We seek an experienced Sales Consultant to establish our presence in the Medan market. You will work out of our newly established Medan office.
