SMART Telecom is a cellular telecommunication network and service provider under SINARMAS GROUP, currently developing telecommunication technology with third-generation (3G) CDMA 2000 1X EVDO basis which has national coverage license.
REGIONAL SALES HEAD MEDAN (Sumatera Utara - MEDAN)
Primary Objectives: Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities of sales team in its region to achieve established sales target
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of regional sales force in order to implement the company’s overall sales strategy
- Monitor the performance of the sales team or branches within the region and re-allocate resources to improve the overall results
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, invoicing and credits and collections to ensure that customer getting our best interests
- Coach sales representatives on technical aspects of our products and services; on market campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures, and standards that will help them to achieve their sales targets.
- Male, age between 33-37
- Degree in Economic or Management
- Minimum 8 years experience in sales, preferably from Telco industries
- Experience in dealing with distributors, customers, and communities
- Highly integrity, committed, honest and responsible person
- Willing to be located in MEDAN
