Field Training Officer

Responsibilities:

• Membina dan memelihara kemampuan Field Force Dexa Medica dalam hal pengetahuan tentang produk, pengetahuan dasar medis, dan ketrampilan memasarkan produk-produk Dexa Medica agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas tanggung jawabnya dengan baik sehingga mencapai target perusahaan sesuai dengan sasaran.
• Mengevaluasi secara periodik terhadap efektivitas program training yang sudah terlaksana dan melakukan peningkatan kualitas dan efektifitasnya.

Requirements:

• Pendidikan S1 Jurusan IPA (Farmasi, Biologi, Kimia, Kedokteran)
• Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai Medical Representatives
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat tentang produk farmasi
