UNIVERSAL INDOFOOD PRODUCT (UNIBIS) is one of the leaders in the food manufacturing business for over 35 years. Located in Medan, Nort Sumatera, UNIBIS engaged in manufacturing, marketing and distribution of wide range of biscuits and wafers and is currently seeking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fill the following positions :

Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male/Female with maximum age 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering Mechanical/Engineering Industry in related field.
• Must have knowledge in food production process.
• Responsive and consistent.
• Able to monitor and control subordinates and ensure the subordinates work appropriately with SOP.
• Possess good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill with deff level of staff.
• Supervise production to implement and follow through with production schedule and commitment.
