Safe Deposit Box Staff - Medan
(Code: CJS SDB MDN PFS - 10)
Responsibility:
The job holder will act as the first point of contact for Safe Deposit Boxes (SDB) customers and to provide customers with service assistance (guardian duties) on Safe Deposit Boxes activities. Provide assistance to our internal & external customers (request cheque/ Giro/ PO book, prepare reference letter, etc). To perform account opening and maintenance Corporate Customer in accordance with regulatory guidelines, formal policy / procedure and KYC principles.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable universities.
- Previous working experience in banking or financial institution will be an advantage.
- Interested in and able to work with detail and possess high degree of accuracy in timely  manner.
- Has proficient in English, computer literate, pleasant personality, able to work with team,  demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
