Warehouse Manager
(Cibitung - Medan - Semarang - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for Warehouse and all deliveries, customer requirements, facilitate smooth operational, maintaining high morale of delivery team. This include managing the vehicles fleet and ensure vehicles are functioned. Liaise with sub-contractor to resolve all delivery issues. You will be expected to identify and implement best-practices in all these areas.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Degree in any disciplines
• At least 5 years experience in supply chain/logistics/distribution/logistics/ or handling traffic management
• Warehouse Management System
• Preferably in the Consumer Goods industry or ethical
• Analytical skills / business process analysis preferred
• Familiar with Negociation of purchase item at the top of 3(three) offerings, QCD methods
• Meticulous, mature and independence in solving problem
• Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship
• Excellent communication and written skills in English
• Experienced in computer application
• Good communication skills in written and spoken english
• Required language(s): English.
• Location : Cibitung, Cabang Medan, Surabaya and Semarang

Job description

• Maintains receiving good inbound, outbound, replenishment and all part in warehousing activities and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions to upper management for replacement.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects.

Requirement:
