4. Laboratorium (LAB)

• Pengalaman min. 7 tahun, menguasai peralatan AMP (Aspalt Mixing Plant), menguasai analisa campuran Hot Mix, dll secara data laboratorium yang telah baku dalam spesifikasi teknis.
• Pendidikan min SMU, semua jurusan

5. Estimator (ES)

• Pengalaman min. 3 tahun diproyek Jalan & Jembatan/Toll Road/Highway Project sebagai estimator, diutamakan yang menguasai Autocad dan program aplikasi Teknik Sipil lainnya.
• Pendidikan Min. D3 Teknik Sipil

Reports to Head of Sales, the candidates is reponsible to:

• Recoqnize market condition by monitoring cement and other material product price, and conducting market survey.
• Build and develop with existing customers and prospected customers to do sales deal and customer service.
• Analyze market and propose recommendation for maintaining and expanding market share.
• Plan and organize promotion activities for ditribution chains and direct customers.
• Update customers database, price and market data for analyzing purpose.
• invetigate if it is found that cement distribution was not conducted properly.
• Input sales order, do invoicing and monitor process & release order if needed.

General Requirements:

• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree from recoqnized university majoring in Civil Engineering/Economic/Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a related position would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Maro economic and marketing principles knowledgeable.
• Good personalities, energetic and able to work under pressure.
• Agressive, initiative and customer oriented.
• Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• English proficiency, computer literacy and can operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Have SIM A is preferable.
