Engineering Staff (EG-S2)

(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

• Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan perawatan semua utility perusahaan.
• Melakukan maintenance secara berkala atas semua utility perusahaan dalam hal ini bekerja sesuai target dan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
• Bertanggung jawab dalam hal meminimalisasi semua pengunaan utility perusahaan.
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengoperasian semua utility perusahaan.
• Tanggung jawabnya tidak hanya meliputi utility perusahaan tetapi tidak terbatas terhadap semua billboard , neon box, display electrical dan maintenance atas semua barang-barang electronic sales floor.
• Bertanggung jawab penuh atas semua kelancaran penggunaan Electrical Power Main Panel dan semua panel penghubung lainnya, Genset (generator pembangkit listrik), General Air Conditioner (AC), Electrical PABX, telephone System, Drainase atau system pengairan atau pengolahan air bersih dan air kotor perusahaan dan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan tehnical support lainnya.
• Bertanggung jawab atas semua tehnical support yang berhubungan dengan Electrical Power office secara menyeluruh yang berhubungan langsung dengan penggunaan peralatan listrik lainnya seperti Mesin Dispenser, Mesin photocopy dan mesin-mesin lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan harian kantor.
• Bertanggung jawab penuh terhadap penggunaan dan perawatan / pemeliharaan Forklif perusahaan, dan melakukan perawatan secara berkala sehingga tetap terjaga dan dapat beroperasi secara maksimal.
• Bertanggung jawab membantu team operational dalam melakukan perawatan dan Pemasangan Racking system / Gondola System, dan secara berkala melakukan perawatan/pemeliharaan racking.
• Bertanggung jawab membantu team operasional dalam perbaikan/perawatan Mockup display yang berhubungan dengan Estetika keindahan dan keharmonisan display barang dan semua pendukung pendisplayan barang.
• Bertanggung jawab dalam membantu team operasional dalam pemasangan unit display barang yang berhubungan dengan tehnical yang kompleks dan bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan dan perawatannya.

Requirements:

• Minimum : D3 - Teknik Sipil/Electro/Industri dan atau SMK yg berpengalaman.
• Pengalaman kerja dibidang yang sama minimum : 2 tahun.

Responsibilities:
Presently PT SAI has installed Captive Thermal Power Plant having capacity of 2x16 MW with CFBB technology and the Operation Maintenance (O&M) Contractor has been appointed. The selected candidate shall be a interface between the O& M contractor and Cement Plant of Lafarge. Reports to Plant Manager, the incumbent is responsible to:

• Manage and monitor performance of a coal based power plant using CFBB technology;
• Manage and monitor the O & M contract conditions;
• Analyse and record performance report; Record keeping and data management;
• Weekly, monthly review meeting with the Operator on operation and maintenance
• Coordinate with the contractor and cement plant manager for synchronized operations;

Requirements:

• Should be an Engineering graduate, preferably (Mechanical / Electrical) Graduate, additional of Management Degree or diploma in management with special emphasis on contract administration and supply management shall be preferable.
• At least 10 years working experience in the power plant with similar or higher capacities with coal as main fuel;
• Well conversant with all applicable Indonesian standards and regulation pertaining to power plant including environmental standards.
• Should have managed and monitored contracts;
• Should have basic technical understanding of process plants
• Should be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, power point presentations and data management;
• Should be proficient in English and Local Language is more advantage
• Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations

Technician Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male with maximum age of 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Machine Engineering/Electrical Engineering or any equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field of food industry is required for this position.
• Must have knowledge of maintenance to prevent and repair with efficient cost.
• Must have knowledge of Auto Cad and PLC.

We are a German based company located in Kawasan Industry Medan - II, producing products of natural raw clays which markets are in both domestic as well as in export. To cope with our continuous growth and development, we are inviting you to join us for following post:

Maintenance & Electrical Engineer (MEE)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:
-The successful candidate will report to Plant Manager and will tackle the following activities:

• Set up maintenance & electrical work plan, implement as well as evaluate the work and take action in appropriate way & time concern
• Solve some equipment troubles and provide suggestion for improvement
• Supervise the group of maintenance/engineering team
• Manage & monitor spare part stock and other supporting production material by establish effective, efficient & accurate inventory management system
• Conduct regular physical inventory taking and provide report
• Measure related environmental protection and work safety in accordance with both constitutional provision and predefined Sud-Chemie standards

Requirements:
- To best fit you must be :

• A university graduate in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3-4 years work experience in comparable function & a hands on worker
• Understand basic PLC process and troubleshooting knowledge
• Proficient in written and verbal English & Computer Literacy
• Ready for on call or shift rotation as required
• Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
• High level of commitment & dedication
• Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, experience in running projects on his own
