Guest Relation Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality guest service, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere
• Attend to guests warmly during check in/out
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and requests and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maximize sales and revenue for the hotel

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Studies / Business Administration
• Hostelling / hospitality experience preferred
• Warm and friendly disposition and pro-active and passionate about customer service
• Enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and sensitive to cultural differences when working with them
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and conversant in Mandarin
• Computer literate
• Willing to work in Berastagi, Sumatera Utara

• To install, repair and maintenance of network infrastructure (wired, wireless, electrical system).
• To install and maintenance electrical system for network infrastructure.
• Ensure all installation and adjustment are documented and labeled properly.
• To do scheduled maintenance and report.

Qualifications:

• Male, max 40 years old, and physically fit.
• Diploma in Electrical Technician or related studies.
• Have knowledge and experience in installation of cabled and wireless radio network. (Mikrotik, Canopy).
• Have knowledge and experience in electrical and data cabling installation.
• Have knowledge in fiber optic.
• Can climb antenna pole/tower.
