Responsibilities:

• Mampu membuat perencanaan strategi kerja untuk pencapain target cabang
• Bersedia mendampingi agent baru pada saat bertemu calon nasabah

Requirements:

• Usia minimal 35 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
• Mempunyai pengalaman penjualan di asuransi minimal 5 tahun
• Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan menyukai tantangan dalam dunia sales dan kewiraswastaan
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu membina hubungan baik dengan orang lain
• Memiliki kepribadian yang positif dan mempunyai integritas dengan komitmen tinggi untuk mencapai target
• Mampu mengelola tim secara efektif, memiliki kemapuan komunikasi, presentasi dan kepribadian yang baik.
