Logistics & Warehouse Staff
based in KIM-II, Medan – Sumatera Utara

The successful candidate will be based in Medan and will tackle the following activities :

• Maintains receiving good inbound, outbound, replenishment and all part in warehousing activities and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system, in all warehouse area including spare parts, raw material & finish goods.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions to upper management for replacement.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Handling and monitoring all loading, unloading and traffic management.
• Manages day-to-day all operational aspects.

To best fit you must be :

• D3 / S1 Logistics / Industrial Engineering.
• 3 – 5 years in 3rd party logistics / logistics / Transportation/Retail/ Supply chain management, Transportation/Pharmacy/FMCG.
• Advanced with MS-office and Computer literate.
• Strong oral / written communication skills in English is a must.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations & administration.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Have good planning skills, show strategic thinking capability & leadership.
• Team work oriented, assertive and proactive.

Responsibilities:
Objectives:

• Become the key link between the company and medical and healthcare professionals. Responsible for achieve sales target by present scientific and medical information to doctors and other healthcare professional.

Major Responsibilities:

• Work effectively establish and maintain successful customer relationship
• Increase the awareness and use of a company's pharmaceutical and medical products in settings such as general practices, primary care trusts and hospitals.
• Make presentations and organize group events for healthcare professionals, as well as working with contacts on a one-to-one basis
• Ensure that formularies contain the product
• Closing the sale by agreeing the terms and conditions; and providing an after-sales service
• Plan work, schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally you will have your own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions in that area

• PEDFI Certified would be an advantage
