URGENTLY REQUIRED
An International four star Hotel in Medan currently needs a professional to fill in position urgently :
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Requirement :
- Male or Female, age between 30 and 45 years old, experienced, and matured.
- Has degree/diploma in Management with at least 5 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel (premise and liability accountability experience is desirable)
- Is responsible for the coordination and management in overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for entire hotel
- Has in depth knowledge on Indonesian Labor law
- Possess good networking with government and corporate accounts
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives
- Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
- Has strong negotiating skills and capacity
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills
- Has ability to respond effectively to changing demands
- Able to work with flexible working hours
- Fluent in English, both written and oral, is an advantage.
