An International four star Hotel in Medan currently needs a professional to fill in position urgently :

DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Requirement :

• Male or Female, age between 30 and 45 years old, matured and creative.
• Has degree/diploma in Hotel Management with at least 5 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel
• Is responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of sales activities of the business
• Must develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
• Possess good networking with government, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
• Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
• Has strong negotiating skills and capacity
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills.
• Able to work with flexible working hours
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
