An International four star Hotel in Medan currently needs a professional to fill in position urgently :
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Requirement :
- Male or Female, age between 30 and 45 years old, matured and creative.
- Has degree/diploma in Hotel Management with at least 5 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel
- Is responsible for the overall coordination, management and leadership of sales activities of the business
- Must develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
- Possess good networking with government, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
- Has strong negotiating skills and capacity
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills.
- Able to work with flexible working hours
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
