An International four star Hotel in Medan currently needs a professional to fill in position urgently :

PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER

Requirement :

• Male or Female, age between 30 and 40 years old, matured, creative, initiative, and have pleasant personality
• Has bachelor degree/diploma with at least 3 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel (premise and liability accountability experience is desirable)
• Is responsible for developing and promoting a favorable public image about hotel
• Possess good networking with public, media, governments, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives
• Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
• Has strong negotiating skills and capacity
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills
• Has ability to respond effectively to changing demands
• Able to work with flexible working hours
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Able to speak Hokkian is an advantage
