DIRECT SALES MANAGER CODE: DSM

Responsibility:

Build opportunities, win, manage and maintain the new/existing communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan and customers satisfaction.
Lead, guide and manage direct sales team and ensure the achievement of sales target

Requirements:

Min. 5 years experience in Telco/Finance/Banking Industry.
Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking.
Good reporting, presentation skill, and MS Office

DIRECT SALES SUPERVISOR CODE: DSS

Responsibility:

Build opportunities, win, manage and maintain the new/existing communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan and customers satisfaction.
Lead, guide and manage direct sales team and ensure the achievement of sales target
Monitor DSR day-to-day activities

Requirements:

Min. 3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry or the Finance/Banking Industry.
Good reporting, presentation skill, and MS Office

The final decision is irrevocable
Willing to be placed in any area in Sumatra
