One of the leading hotels in Medan which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

SALES MANAGER

Requirement :.

1. Male or Female, age around 40 years old, matured and creative.
2. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3 years experiences in a leading 4-5 star hotel
3. Possessing good network with government, travel agents and corporate accounts.
4. Strong leadership, innovative, analysis and quick decision making ability
5. Strong self-development attitude combined with ability to lead and mentor team members
6. Right personality towards the role and responsibility
7. Demonstrates initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals
8. Attractive, responsible and sales oriented
9. Self motivated, independent, able to multi – task
10. Able to work with flexible working hours
11. Having excellent communication skills and self motivation.
12. Fluent in English both written and oral.
13. Domicile in Medan
