One of the leading hotels in Medan which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

TRAINING MANAGER

Requirement :

1. Male or Female, age around 30 - 35 years old, matured, creative and must have pleasant personality
2. Has an experiences with min 5 years in the same field
3. Able to influence and motivate employee with training program
4. Able develop training programs for front of the house and Back of the house
5. Able to develop training materials for Sales and Marketing Team
6. Able to make training program
7. Expertise in presentation process
8. Good PC skill in MS Office (Powerpoint, MS. Word, MS. Excel, Graphics Tools)
9. Having excellent communication skills and fluent in English both written and oral.
10. Self motivation and has an excellent communication skills
11. Strong leadership, innovative, analysis and quick decision making ability
12. Strong self-development attitude combined with ability to lead and mentor team members
13. Right personality towards the role and responsibility
14. Able to work with flexible working hours
15. Domicile in Medan
