In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and suitably qualified competent individuals to join our Team in the following position :

Trainer
(Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and conduct training programs
Build good rapport with training participants
Inspire participants with positive training impact
Work with and support other functions in the organization to achieve the business target
Make a comprehensive post training report for clients

Requirements:

Male / Female
Minimum S1 from a reputable university
Experience in conducting training:

Minimum have 2 years experience as trainer, preferably in the Training or Service Industry
Must have ability to conduct training individually
Proven track record in delivering training with positive participant feedback
Preferably has experience in conducting a variety of training programs: mindset / motivational and skill for front-line staff

Able to work with independently
Have CAN DO attitude, high energy, flexibility, high degree of initiative
Fluency in spoken English is a preferred strong point
Good presentation and interpersonal skill
Must be willing to be based in: Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Makasar, preferably local residence
Yearly renewable contract based on performance
