HR Manager (HM)
(Sumatera Utara - Based in Medan)
Responsibilities:
The role:
- Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of recruitment, people development, organization development, remuneration and industrial relations are implemented.
- Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met.
- Ensure relations with Union and Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained.
- Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements.
- Select and recommend manpower supplier, assist in coordinating, also liaise with external manpower supplier and Dept. Heads to ensure adequate supply of manpower.
- Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on sport events and / or other extra curricular activities aimed at developing good community and human relations
- University degree in any field (Law major would be an advantage).
- Min. 5 – 6 years experience in general HRD management, remuneration, people development, industrial relation.
- Sound knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
- English proficiency.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player.
