We are a leading FMCG Multi National Company operating in nearly 120 countries with more than 12.000 employees. To strengthen our organization, we are looking for high potential people to fill the following vacancy:

HR Manager (HM)
(Sumatera Utara - Based in Medan)

Responsibilities:

The role:

• Ensure HR initiatives, programs, and administration in the areas of recruitment, people development, organization development, remuneration and industrial relations are implemented.
• Provide HR advice to line managers and management regarding HR policies and procedures to ensure the objectives of HR management are met.
• Ensure relations with Union and Government / regulatory bodies are built and maintained.
• Ensure legal actions are secured properly through proper advice, administration process to meet company and legal requirements.
• Select and recommend manpower supplier, assist in coordinating, also liaise with external manpower supplier and Dept. Heads to ensure adequate supply of manpower.
• Promote and participate in community programs, provide support on sport events and / or other extra curricular activities aimed at developing good community and human relations

Requirements:

• University degree in any field (Law major would be an advantage).
• Min. 5 – 6 years experience in general HRD management, remuneration, people development, industrial relation.
• Sound knowledge of labor law and industrial relations.
• English proficiency.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player.
