For over 70 years, a leading industrial and specialty chemicals company in Malaysia and now in Singapore and Indonesia. We manufacture and market an extensive range of general and specialty chemicals to meet the needs of the domestic and regional manufacturing industry, the public and the consumers. To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of:
Legal Executive – Medan Based (LE)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts.
- Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory compliance of the group.
- Male, age max. 33 years old
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law, Management
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in legal, preferably in manufacture
- Knowledge of organizational polices in legal affairs, especially in services business law and contract matters
- Able to provide advice, assistance and support to the Management related to legal matters
- Trustworthy, able to work accurately and posses high integrity
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Proficient in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
- Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application)
- Willing to be placed in Medan
