TARGET MARKET for AUTO & HOME CARE DIVISION:
- RETAIL : Modern Market (Hypermarket, Supermarket, Minimarket, etc) ; Traditional Market (oil shop, spareparts shop, ATPM, car service station, car wash station, household shops, etc)
- DIRECT SELLING = hospital, hotel, mall, apartment, public transport (bus, taxi, logistic transportations, etc)
PRODUCTS DISTRIBUTED for INDUSTRIAL DIVISION:
LUBRICANT, CHEMICAL, WELDING ELECTRODES
TARGET MARKET for INDUSTRIAL DIVISION:
- Industry, mining, plantation, fishery, shipping, oil drilling, construction, contractor, workshop, heavy equipment, transportation, etc.
(Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Pekanbaru)
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting & evaluate the performance of the staff
- Manage, prepare sales & marketing training programs, follow-up and responsible for the ability and improvement of the sales team
- Ensure the correct implementation of the training activities, and the achievement of targeted point in planning, directing, actuating, coordinating and controlling all sales activities by Sales team.
- Responsible for sales & marketing training, meeting, gathering relationship activities
- Developing new training technique & motivation
- In charge and handle regular training for staff, sales & marketing division
- Prepare & summit presentation for customers
- Traveling and visit branches, sales team and customers, especially main customers regularly for the purpose of ensuring the improvement of the sales & marketing training & developing.
- Age between 25 – 40 years old
- Able to recruit potential worker, interview, training as well as maintain regular meeting & brain storming.
- Familiar or experience in the field of sales and distribution for the product related to industrial, marine, oil drilling, transportation, heavy equipment supplies min. 3 years
- Fluent in presentation in English is a must
- Own vehicle & driving license
- Eager to travel visiting branch offices and develop new potential sales team. This job requires frequent training after office hour
- Have an excellent interpersonal relationship, as well as team working
