Loan Work Out – AVP-VP

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Located in Medan
• Directly report to Head Special Asset Management
• Problem loan data collecting
• Data processing/analyzing
• Negotiate with non performing Debtors for settlement of non-performing loan and propose actions to be taken to the Management of the Bank for all of Sumatra accounts

• Negotiate with non performing Debtors for settlement of non-performing loan and propose actions to be taken to the Management of the Bank for all of Sumatra accounts
• Workout NPL effectively to achieve the target of SAM Group
• You will manage 15-20 accounts (20% from total portfolio)

Requirements:

• Minimum S1
• Related experience in Credit SME/Commercial
• Now in Senior Manager/AVP level
