Technical Sales Executive (2 Positions)
(To be based in Jakarta and Medan)

Responsibilities:

Build, maintain relationships with customers and develop customer base.
Play a key role in business team to grow the business and develop account plans.
Increase market share and prepare timely reports on market activity.
Prepare sales reports, utilise and maintain sales tools
Prepare and achieve revenue budgets for the responsible business unit.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (S-1) in Chemical Engineering with minimum 2 - 3 years experience in Technical Sales or Marketing.
Technical Service or R&D experience in polymerization and textile would be a plus point.
Agressive, creative, proactive, able to work within matrix organiation team.
Good leadership, good communication skills and pleasant personality.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, selling skills, sales oriented and confidence in presenting to high level clientele.
Responsible and fast learner.
