Sales Support for Medan Branch

Job Requirements:

Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
Good interpersonal and communication skills in handling customer
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with SAP is an advantage
Able to work as a team
Highly Motivated, Full of initiative and fast learner

Job Roles:

Handling customer’s inquiries
Arrange seminar, meetings presentation on Customer’s side
Asisst Branch Manager in preparing branch report:

Customer Report
Branch Monthly Report
Business review quarterly report : Expenses and order receive report
Petty cash report on Monthly Basis
Inquiries report

Updating market and customer information or news
Preparing accommodation and ticket reservation for all ABB guest visit to branch
Manage petty cash

Qualification: Diploma
Minimum Working Experience: 2
Job Location: Sumatra Utara - Medan
Monthly Salary Range: Negotiable
Job Type: Full Time
