Currently, this presents in 78 countries and is looking for Recruitment Manager to support their Indonesian branch.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Manager (Manufacturing), Medan
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
- To conduct Man Power Planning Compilation for Overall Organization
- To prepare personnel needs with Department Head to prepare and implement recruitment program
- To conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring process based on standard and reliable employment selection process to find a right person in the right positions
- To coordinate activities in placement ( transfer, rotation and promotion )
- To maintain and update candidate database
- To liaise with man power supply and headhunters
- To utilize internal/external resources to fulfill Manpower Planning for all regions
- To evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow up activities and conferring with management
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior
Requirements:
- Female, age 35 years max
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- At least five-year experiences in recruitment and selection
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law and regulation
- Competent in Microsoft-Office Applications
- Proficient in oral and written English
