Recruitment Manager (Manufacturing), Medan

Currently, this presents in 78 countries and is looking for Recruitment Manager to support their Indonesian branch.

Responsibilities:

To conduct Man Power Planning Compilation for Overall Organization
To prepare personnel needs with Department Head to prepare and implement recruitment program
To conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring process based on standard and reliable employment selection process to find a right person in the right positions
To coordinate activities in placement ( transfer, rotation and promotion )
To maintain and update candidate database
To liaise with man power supply and headhunters
To utilize internal/external resources to fulfill Manpower Planning for all regions
To evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow up activities and conferring with management
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior
