Recruitment Manager (Manufacturing), Medan
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

 
Our client is the world leader in building materials manufacturing, head-quartered in French. They extract resources from the heart of the earth to make materials to bring to the heart of life. Currently, this presents in 78 countries and is looking for Recruitment Manager to support their Indonesian branch.

 
Responsibilities:
  • To conduct Man Power Planning Compilation for Overall Organization
  • To prepare personnel needs with Department Head to prepare and implement recruitment program
  • To conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring process based on standard and reliable employment selection process to find a right person in the right positions
  • To coordinate activities in placement ( transfer, rotation and promotion )
  • To maintain and update candidate database
  • To liaise with man power supply and headhunters
  • To utilize internal/external resources to fulfill Manpower Planning for all regions
  • To evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow up activities and conferring with management
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior

Requirements:
  • Female, age 35 years max
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology
  • At least five-year experiences in recruitment and selection
  • Familiar with Indonesian labor law and regulation
  • Competent in Microsoft-Office Applications
  • Proficient in oral and written English
