Trainer (Medan) (Code: M-TRN)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in designing and delivering of a variety of training courses for individual life insurance products including supporting activities related to training and development
- Providing an excellent one-on-one and group presentation and facilitation skills.
- As a company representative, the incumbent will be needed to provide some information search and research skills, analytical and creative problem solving skills, questioning and feedback skills, customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and initiatives.
- Helping agent to attend the AAJI test in order to get the agent license
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Good level of IT literacy (excel, word and especially power point)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building are a must.
- 3 - 5 years experience in life insurance
- Excellent in unit Link Product knowledge
- Able to set up material and training sylabus
