Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service Medan branch office including operations, customer service, and security and safety in accordance.
- Managing the office daily activities
- Prepare yearly action plan and budget as well as maintain the budget and its variances
- Conducting and ensuring the people development
- Major contact point to maintain relationship between agencies, vendors and client in respective areas
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- 3-5 years experience in insurance
- Good leadership and team working
- Excellent in Unit link product knowledge
- Energetic
- Excellent Analytical skill
- Driven by result
