Head Of Medan Generali Center (Medan) (Code: M-HGC)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service Medan branch office including operations, customer service, and security and safety in accordance.
Managing the office daily activities
Prepare yearly action plan and budget as well as maintain the budget and its variances
Conducting and ensuring the people development
Major contact point to maintain relationship between agencies, vendors and client in respective areas

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university
3-5 years experience in insurance
Good leadership and team working
Excellent in Unit link product knowledge
Energetic
Excellent Analytical skill
Driven by result
