For over 50 years of experience in the fertilizer industry, CCM Agripharma manufactures high quality fertilizers product which has and will continue to help improve agricultural yields significantly, resulting in high quality produce for the market place. From the beginning, CCMA has embarked on a research and development (R&D) program aimed at formulating the best fertilizers for both plantation and cash crops. While much of this R&D is undertaken by our own personnel, we also collaborate closely with the Government’s agricultural research institutions to produce fertilizers suitable for all crops in Indonesia. With a large dealer network, our fertilizers are easily available to our customers and the agricultural community throughout the country. Our core business activities are divided into Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Fertilizers Divisions. We also represent more than 50 globally renowned companies in the ASEAN region.

To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of:

Supervisor Production Laboratorium – Medan Based (SPL-MES)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage plant program.
Initiate and implement plant program based on best practice in the fertilizer industry.
Monitor use and inventories of laboratory chemicals and supplies. Initiate re-ordering when necessary.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving operation or solving process-related problems.
Conduct employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge and contribution of the lab operators.
Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the laboratory. Ensure that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
Review the operation of the plant constantly to monitor production and quality, to anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Maintain adequate records on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, of key QA variables.
Maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
Direct, maintain, and enforce the safety program for the laboratory; review safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all laboratory technicians.
Coordinate activities with other departments to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
Communicate directly with production Supervisor to ensure effective participation by the process operators in the implementation of QA policies and procedures.
Communicate directly with Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance and repair work in the laboratory.
Maintains and implements environmental control program.
Implement programs and procedures required to ensure laboratory and plant cleanliness.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor degree in Chemistry from reputable university,
Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacture/laboratory, preferable have experience in supervising a laboratory.
Honest, hard working, able to work independently, good physical condition.
Able to work under pressure and in any kind of working environment
Proficient in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
Computer literate in MS Office and others related software
Must have the ability to work effectively with computerized laboratory equipment
Willing to be placed in Medan
