Branch Manager - MEDAN

(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

To ensure the achievement of sales target and sales growth by providing aggressive sales and marketing strategy, ensure incoming profit and revenue, ensure excellent distribution over all customers, manage supply chain management in branch, manage solid and proper internal administration data, provide supervision through coaching and counseling within internal branch team.

Requirements:

Priority for candidates with experience in similar trading business (Pharmaceutical or Non Pharmaceutical Raw Material/ Ingredient/Additives for Personal Care, Food or Feed).
Male/ female with minimum 30 years old.
Must have exposure in sales and marketing, supply chain management (especially in distribution).
Has solid experience minimum 5 years.
Preferably currently hands on as Branch Manager or Sales Manager.
Has minimum Bachelor Degree.
