Discription

• Assists  Head Operations in defining the land acquisition and R&R Strategy
• Liaison with local bodies and communities to ensure smooth handover of land
• Liasion with various government and semi-government bodies in assisting the  Head Operation to resolve any land related issues.
• Implementation of R&R strategy to create a condusive environment for land acquisition.
• Co-ordinate with Local, Semi government and Government agencies for all land related approvals.
• Define and Monitor Budgets for Land Acquisition and R&R
• Monitor land acquisition progress within agreed timelines
• MIS

Pre-requistion

• Should have proven professional experience from reputed Coal mining company.
• Good exposure in Coal mining practices, Indonesian regulations.
• Good English Communicational skills
• Good Negotiation and organized skills

Remarks

• Candidates preferred from the local locations of North / South Sumatera
