Requirements:
- Female, possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia and others.
- High standard of appearance and grooming
- Should be impressive telephone etiquette.
- Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
- Able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers
- Minimum height 165 cm
