ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As Customer Relation Executive the incumbent should manage reputation.
- This position aims to gain understanding and support for customer as well as to influence opinion and behavior. CRE use all forms of communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of organizations.
- They communicate key messages, often using third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between an organization and its public.
- CRE monitor publicity and conduct research to find out the concerns and expectations of an organization’s stakeholders.
- They then report and explain the findings to the management.
CRE roles involve:
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from customer, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email
- Researching, Organizing events including exhibitions, customer follow up and customer visit
- Commissioning market research
- Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in customer relation
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- High degree of integrity and strong people management skill
- Able to work under pressure, independent, initiative and patience
- Proficient in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
- Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application)
- Willing to travel when required
