Speaker Exchange Indonesia (SEI) was founded recently as the first Indonesian Speaker Bureau with the aspiration to create speaker bureau with infrastructure, vendor relations and techonology support while maintaining intimate personalized client approach.
We aim to become a premier high quality, value-focused speaker bureau in Indonesia serving top corporations, financial institutions, associations and government agencies. A successful and rewarding client relationship is built upon the basic philosophy of understanding client's need. Which is why the entire SEI team is commited to delivering seamless speaking topic, speaker and content, developing customized and eficient process.
Currently we are looking for suitable candidate for the following position :
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement Annual Training Road Map/Calendar
- Develop training modules
- Deliver training to agents
- Conduct training evaluation and utilize the result for training program improvement
- Create and implement new initiatives for learning environment
- Handle training report and administration
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max. 30 years old
- At least bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university.
- Min. 2 years experience as a trainer
- Having experience in Insurance
- Fluency to speak English
- Nice and mature personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment
- Can do attitude and positive thinking
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel
