VACANCY
We are currently looking for a qualified people to fill the vacant position as Executive Chef in our Four Star Hotel at Medan
Executive Chef
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)
Requirements:
- Male or Female, age between 30 and 40 years old, matured, creative, initiative, and have pleasant personality
- Has bachelor degree/diploma with at least 3 years experiences in leading a 4-5 star hotel (premise and liability accountability experience is desirable)
- Maintain food cost, food quality, consistency & standardization
- Design Promo, create new menu/ signature menu for ala carte, buffet and special event.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives
- Is highly organized and has effective time management, strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills as well has equally strong listening skills
- Able to work with flexible working hours
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
