A leading retail cosmetic company invite talented and professional candidate to join us as :

Trainer
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

• Train and improve selling skills of the field forces (Beauty Advisor)
• Control & supervise operation activities & administration of outlets
• Merchandising
• Coordinate with department store
• Conduct event promotion
• Report directly to Jakarta

Requirements:

• Female, age between 25 - 40 years old
• Hold min Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Experiences in the same position min 1-2 years (especially in retail field)
• Good presentation skills, strong leadership, initiative, willing to learn, have good selling skills
• Based in Medan
