Branch Manager
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Have a excellent leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Active, initiative, negotiation capability & customer and services oriented, persuasive and able to manage emotional restrain.
Capable in handling recruitment process, coaching, appraisal, assessment, able to conduct psychological test, knows about compensation & benefit, labor regulations (UU No.13 Tahun 2003), jamsostek or all related to General HR.
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
