We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Financing Company.

Branch Manager (Medan)

SCOPE OF WORK:

• Responsible for Medan Branch Sales, collection, and operational.
• Prepared and develop marketing strategy
• Deal and maintain good relationship with car dealers and customers.
• Handle and develop Branch personnel.
• Prepared business planning, budgeting and forecasting for Medan Branch and head quarter.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

• Minimum S1 from reputable University in Indonesia / Overseas.
• Maximum 40 Years Old.
• Min. 3 years working experience and good track record as Branch Manager in Financing / 4 Wheels leasing company.
• Have a good Leadership Skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in oral and written English/Hokkian
