We are a leading FMCG Multi National Company operating in nearly 120 countries with more than 12.000 employees. To strengthen our organization, we are looking for high potential people to fill the following vacancies:

Key Account Executive for Medan (Code : KAE-M)
(Sumatera Utara - Based in Medan)

Responsibilities:
The role:

Realization of sales plans, objectives and strategies.
Upgrading best practice in distributor sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to ASM highlighting KSF and problems (key learnings).
Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors.
Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors.
Survey regional distributor area coverage planning to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization.

Requirements:

University graduate (min. D3).
Minimum 5 years in sales with at least 2 years as supervisor.
Proven track record of achievements and contribution, as shown in annual performance evaluations/references.
Computer literate.
Strong area knowledge.
Merchandising, ‘best retailing practice’.
Verbal and written presentation skill.
Good interpersonal skills.
