One of the leading hotels in Medan which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Requirement :.

1. Male or Female, age around 40 years old, matured and creative.
2. Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management with 3 years experience in a leading 4-5 star hotel as Food & Beverage Manager.
3. Strong Banquet and Food & Beverage background and possessing insight of running a restaurant.
4. Will be accountable for the operational performance of the Hotel business and provide strategic input into the organization’s short and medium term business plans, budget and forecasts.
5. Capable to develop, maintain and implement operational policies, principles and procedures.
6. Strong leadership, innovative, analysis and quick decision making ability
7. Strong self-development attitude combined with ability to lead and mentor team members
8. Right personality towards the role and responsibility
9. Able to work with flexible working hours
10. Having excellent communication skills and self motivation.
11. Fluent in English both written and verbal
12. Target oriented
13. Domicile in Medan
