Property Manager - Medan Based
(Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
Qualifications :

• Minimum, bachelor degree in mechanical/civil/electricity engineering or financial business post graduate is advancated.
• 5 years experience as property manager, especially in both office building and shopping mall.
• English active both verbal and written, Mandarin is advantanged.
• to be based in Medan
• only qualified candidate would be processed.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Management or Property Development.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
