In line with our aggressive business expansion plan, we have the following immediate career opportunities:

IT Service Delivery Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Maintain service delivery and compliance standards
• Organize IT Department material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
• Maintain SDLC related records and files of work and revisions
• Provide change management support and post implementation analysis

General Qualifications:

• Male or Female, bachelor degree from related disciplines with good IT knowledge
• Good documentation skill as well as analytical skill
• A self-motivated, hard worker and good teamwork player
• Mature personality with good communication/presentation skill
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Willing to travel
• Experience working in a team environment, capable of working multi tasking, work well under deadline pressure
• One year experience in similar capacity; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Familiar with SDLC, ITIL, and ITSM framework
