IT QA and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that standard deliveries are achieved
Implement Quality Assurance and testing process for applications in alignment with the lifecycle methodology
Manage testing environment in various stages of development
Identify and capture metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the Quality Assurance and Testing process

General Qualifications:

Male or Female, bachelor degree from Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines
Strong partnering, coaching and mentoring skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Problem solving skills, as well A continuous improvement process skills
Ability to manage conflict/resolution
Good communication and interpersonal skill
A self-motivated, hard worker anf good teamwork player
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Willing to travel

Technical Qualifications:

Min. 2 years experience in Application/Solution Implementation with Structured Project Management/SDLC methodology
Proven software quality assurance and testing experience; service delivery with ITIL, ITSM framework
Prior implementation experience in ERP (SAP, IFS, Oracle, etc)
Strong business sense with enterprise knowledge
Understanding of business challenges and IT alignment with business goals
