We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Consumer Electronic companies.

Branch Manager – Medan

The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, sales, customer service, and security provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the Operations Officer or other branch personnel. May perform duties in the absence of the Operations Officer or other such management capacities as directed by the Regional Manager.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

S1 Degree From Any Discipline
5-7 Years Experience
Preferably Currently Working at Medan
Having Market Knowledge
Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
Possess strong Analytical skills;
Proved successful record in Good and strong education background, Steady promotion within the organization hierarchical structure,
People Management skills: Training programs and Team building
Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
Willing To Relocate to Designated Area
