To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of:

Administrative Assistant – Medan Based (AA-MES)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to Manager
Manage a systematic administration system and correspondence
Manage travel arrangement, meetings, incoming telephone and mails
Coordinate with other support staff to ensure smooth implementation of activities

Requirements:

Female, age max 30 years old
Minimum Diploma degree from Secretary or any related major
Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in similar position
Proactive, show high integrity, detail oriented & well organized
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
Computer literate (MS Office)
