The five star hotel in town, features a luxury style in all 200 deluxe guestrooms and suites, is pleased to invite a committed, dynamic and loyal person to join our team immediately in the following position :

Restaurant Manager

Job Function :

• Be the full guidance of our young Restaurant- and Bar-Team
• To train and develop the F&B team and to increase the quality and standard of services
• To handle personally all administrative duties like the staff-planning, Restaurant reservations and special arrangements

General Requirement :

• At least 1-2 years experience in a comparable Manager Position
• Minimum D3 graduated from related field
• An excellent knowledge of all F&B-areas including a very good knowledge about wines
• An out-going, hands-on, dynamic, professional leader with excellent communication skills
• A natural team player providing a very personal and unique service to our guests
• Should have a very good skill in English (speaking and writing)
• Knowledgeable in Chinese and Western Cuisine
