For over 70 years, a leading industrial and specialty chemicals company in Malaysia and now in Indonesia. We manufacture and market an extensive range of general and specialty chemicals to meet the needs of the domestic and regional manufacturing industry, the public and the consumers. To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of :

Assistant Manager, Sales & Agronomist (AMS)
(Sulawesi Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

Bring in Sales volume to the Company
Establish and maintain relationships with plantations as well as other customer
Handle existing customers and look for new potential customer
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sales growth.

Requirements:

Male / Female, preferably below 35 years old
5-10 years of sales experience in fertilizer (preferred). Those who have no experience fertilizer industry but are willing to learn and develop a career will also be considered
Strategic thinker and result oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application)
Willing to travel when required
Candidate will be placed in: Jakarta, Riau, Kalimantan
