One of Indonesia’s most dynamic groups with a diversified portfolio of product and assets. Its activities are centered on its core business of palm cultivation and palm oil processing. It is a market leader in the manufacturing of palm oil, soap, margarine and owns ships tankers, a grain terminal and bulk tank terminal. We are looking for highly motivated professionals to fill in the positions below:

RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Job Duties:

• Develop Recruitment process and tools to manage impression of the candidates
• Manage manpower retention and attract candidates to join the company organization team with competitive compensation and career path
• Manage administrative aspect such as monthly and weekly structure report

Qualification :

• Male or female Max 35 Years old
• Bachelor of Psychology
• Minimun 4 Years experiences in the same postion
• Strong Knowledge of various psychology assesment tools (asministrating, scoring, interpreting) and recruitment sourcing method
• Good english communication skill both in oral and written
• Computer literate and its related software
• Strong Personal skill in planning and organizing
• Willing to work in Medan
