A fast growing Rotogravure Printing and Flexible Packaging Company. Supplying high quality packaging products using state-of-the-art Japanese and European machineries. Located in Medan-North Sumatera.

Production Manager

Qualification :

• Male, maximum 45 years old.
• Minimum D-3 / S-1.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
• Minimum 10 years in similar field.
• Expert in Converting and Flexible Packaging Field.
• Expert in Rotogravure Printing, Extrusion and DryLamination processes.
• Expert in down-stream processes (Slitting, Pouch-making).
• Able to lead, control and manage the production team.
• Expert in waste reduction and trouble shooting.
• Good experience in product development.
• Self motivated, well organized in administration skill, result oriented, able to work as team, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be place in Medan.
